Patrick McBurnette, President & CEO (pat@mooresymons.com)

Pat has conducted custom and syndicated marketing research programs since 1972. He has worked with regional and national companies in a variety of industries, including business-to-business and consumer research. An expert in quantitative and qualitative research, Pat always knows the best way to execute a research program to meet the client’s specific needs. Pat’s degree is in Social Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. He also obtained a graduate degree in Measurement and Statistics at UT.

Ginger Strong-Tidman, COO (ginger@mooresymons.com)

Ginger’s career in marketing and marketing research includes experience on the client, advertising agency, and supplier sides. One of Ginger’s strengths lies in her ability to maintain an overall business and marketing perspective on both the design and analysis of research. She never loses sight of the need to place research in the real world context. Ginger’s degree is from Albright College, and she did post-graduate work at the University of Pittsburgh and University of Louisville. She also taught advertising research at SMU.

Brent Baldwin, Account Executive (brent@mooresymons.com)

Brent has over 4 years of marketing research, branding, and analytical experience. Before joining Moore and Symons, Brent served as a Brand Research and Development Analyst at RaceTrac Petroleum Inc for two years. Before RaceTrac, Brent served as a Marketing Analyst at IN ZONE Brands, Inc. While at RaceTrac Brent led the execution of RaceTrac’s marketing research including: product branding and development, brand and advertising awareness, and customer segmentation analysis. During his first year at RaceTrac Brent led the execution of RaceTrac’s first ever customer segmentation study. During his second year at RaceTrac Brent introduced RaceTrac Rewards an online customer loyalty and frequency program another first for RaceTrac and a rarity in the retail petroleum industry. Brent is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Management and certificates in Marketing and Economics.



Erin Adams, Project Director (erin@mooresymons.com)

Erin is a recent graduate of Cleveland State University where she acquired her Master’s Degree in Consumer-Industrial Psychology Research. She previously attended Mercyhurst College where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Marketing. Erin’s previous experience includes a Marketing Research internship with Triad Research Group and a Marketing Research Analyst contract position for The Coca-Cola Company. Erin assists and manages all aspects of major project execution, including fielding arrangement, data collection, production and involvement with final deliverables.



Alison Gross, Project Manager (alison@mooresymons.com)

Alison is a recent graduate of Georgia State University where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management. She assists all account teams in the development of marketing research projects through data collection, analysis, production, and final deliverables. Alison also keeps track of studies in progress to assure that client's requirements and requests are satisfied, on time, and on budget.
